SitemapKit offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed and processed through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service as the merchant of record.
Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Plan limits (API requests per month) apply as described on the pricing page.
You agree not to:
All intellectual property rights in the Service (including the API, website, documentation, and branding) belong to ONLIN'IN. You retain ownership of any data you submit through the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime or service level. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONLIN'IN's total liability for any claims arising from the use of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
ONLIN'IN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Service. You may delete your account at any time.
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Code de la consommation.
However, by checking the corresponding box during registration, you expressly request immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, pursuant to Article L221-28 of the Code de la consommation.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Lyon, France.
For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply in addition to the above.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
